The charity receiving the money from the Byron Nelson is the Salesmanship Club Youth and Family Centers, which is an organization that helps to change children's futures through education and mental health programs for families in the Dallas, Texas region. As well as HP, which is listed in the tourney name, the Salesman Club of Dallas is sponsoring the 2009 Byron Nelson. Last year, the Byron Nelson Tournament was responsible for donating over 6.4 million dollars for the same charity.
