The PGA Tour will be holding the World Golf Championship this week, which is held the same week as the Reno-Tahoe Open in Reno, Nevada. Both tournaments are August 4^th through the 7^th and the World Golf Championship-Bridgestone Invitational will happen at the South Course of the Firestone Country Club which is in Akron, Ohio. The PGA Championship will follow this tournament, held August 11^th through the 14^th, at the Atlanta Athletic Club in Johns Creek, Georgia with a $7,500,000 purse to be won.

The field for this tournament includes Robert henby, Charley Hoffman and Yuta Ikeda. DA Points will also be playing along with Paul Casey, Robert Karlsson and Rory Sabbatini. Adam Scott is playing as well as Heath Slocum and Martin Kaymer. Martin Laird will also be playing along with Steve Tricker, David Toms, Bo Van Pelt and Matteo Manassero.
