The PGA Tour Qualifying School 2009 starts on December 2nd and continues through to the 7th. The Qualifying School or Q School as it is sometimes known is the tournament that allows players to qualify for the major tour events such as the European Tour, The LPGA Tour and the PGA Tour. The players that win will play on the tour the following year and are given a tour card, which means that they can participate in each event of the tour without having to go through the qualifying stages. You can watch this event live by getting your membership at the banners on this page.

This is an extremely difficult event to qualify for, and the majority of golfers that play professionally don't qualify. There are four stages, and each qualifier must get through all of them to get their tour card, the fourth one the final qualifying school event. This is the final qualifying stage happening December 2nd through the 7th. The pre-qualifying was held in the latter part of September with the next stage held October 20th through the 30th. Then, the second qualifying stage was November 18th through the 21st.

The final stage will be held in La Quinta, California with both the Nicklaus Tournament Course and the TPC Stadium Course being used. The Final Tournament has six rounds and will have both the second stage champions as well as players who were exempt from the other stages. With the ties, the top twenty five players will earn tour cards. This will be exciting and a sneak peek into next year's PGA Tour. Get your membership at the banners on this page and you can watch live in high quality video. Don't miss the PGA Qualifying School December 2nd through the 7th.
