On Thursday July 30th the thrilling Buick Open will get underway and you are definitely not going to want to miss a moment. The event will take place in Grand Blanc, Michigan at the Warwick Hills Golf and Country Club. If you do not have cable or cannot get to a TV it is not a problem. You can catch every putt, every par, and every birdie right here on WatchLiveGolf.com.

In the tournament last year Kenny Perry led the way for the majority of the Buick Open after posting 4 straight rounds in the 60s. He was on a mission to gain a spot in the Ryder Cup and almost made that dream happen thanks to the Buick Open victory. After that win and another victory in 2008 at the John Deere, Perry set his sights on capturing a total of 20 victories on the PGA Tour. After two victories on this season already Perry now has a total of 14 victories and would love to make it 15 by defending his Buick Open title. This would make it the third time he capture the title as he won in 2001 and 2008.
Other than Perry, all eyes will be On Tiger Woods as he returns to the Tour this week. Previously Woods has captured the title at Warwick Hills in 2002 and 2006 and also finished in second place in 2003 and 2005. One of the more memorable moments at the Buick Open was when Billy Mayfair set an eagle-birdie streak record by holing a birdie, then an eagle, and then 6 straight birdies after that.
Not only are golf fans excited for the Buick Open but also keep in mind that the World Golf Championships are next week. Both of these exciting events will be available to watch live with one loe cost membership to WatchGolfLive.com.
A $5,100,000 Purse awaits the golfers of the PGA Tour as they travel to Grand Blanc, Michigan this week for the Buick Open at the Warwick Hills Golf and Country Club, July 30th through August 2nd. Last year, Kenny Perry was the big winner, walking away with a $900,000 prize, and this year there will be the same excitement and anticipation from the Grand Blanc Course.

Perry was on fire last year, the Buick Open being his second win out of four starts, and he won just a month away from his 48th birthday, proving that he still had what it took to make a champion on the PGA Tour. Perry was -6 to take the win, while Woody Austin and Bubba Watson tied for second with -4 and Bob Tway was on the leaderboard with -7.
This year, it's another $900,000 for the winner, as well as a brand new Buick, furnished by the tour sponsor. This tournament is also worth 25,000 FedEx Cup points. It is preceded by the RBC Canadian Open, which was won by Nathan Green, July 23rd to the 26th, as well as the British Open Championship just before that, with a giant purse of nearly nine million dollars. Stewart Cink took home first place in that tournament.
The golfers will head to Reno,Nevada later in August to compete in the Legends Reno-Tahoe Open, and the World Golf Championships, Bridgestone Invitational, both of which will be held from August 6th through the 9th. The Reno tournament is worth just $3,000,000 but the Bridgestone Invitational boasts a prize purse of eight and a half million dollars.
