Nedbank Golf Challenge Live

On the European Tour this week, the Nedbank Golf Challenge, which will be from the 29^th of November to the 2^nd of December, which is on a Sunday, and it will be held at the Gary Country Club. This tournament is going to be held at Sun City and features a great list of players. The European Tour calender has officially ended, but this is sort of a bonus tournament that is both a favorite among the players and a favorite among fans. This year, it takes place from December 2^nd through the 5^th and the course is a Par 72 and is 7,162 meters in length. The total prize fund for this tournament is $5,000,000 and the first placed player gets $1,250,000, while second place will take home $660,000 and third gets $450,000. Last year, Robert Allenby ended up on top with a total score of 277 and 11 under par while Henrik Stenson came in second with the same and Tim Clark ended up in third place. Ross Fisher tied with Clark for his place on the board.

One of the biggest golf events of the year that isn't actual on a Tour is the Nedbank Golf Challenge and it will be held this year from December 3^rd through the 6^th. The tournament began in 1981, where it was called the Million Dollar Challenge, because at the time the prize fun equaled a million dollars in U.S. Currency. However, as the players hit the field at Sun City, South Africa, they will play for a prize purse of $4,385,000. The tournament is played at the Gary Player Country Club, which is a 7,162 yard course that is a Par 72. This year, the field will include some serious talent as the Masters Champion for this year as well as the Player's Champion. Also on the field will be five players from the Presidents Cup competition and three from the Ryder Cup. Three South Africans will also be playing and showing off their local talent as the Africa's Major is played starting December 3^rd.
